Getting your firm listed
Tell us who you are, what you do, and which list you think you belong on. Getting in touch puts a firm into the next review round, and the checks in the editorial policy decide the rest.
Corrections
The most useful email you can send. Tell us which page, which claim, and what you think it should say. If you have a source, include it. Corrections go ahead of everything else in the queue, and a substantive one changes the page and moves its date.
What we cannot help with
We cannot respond to an active incident. If you think you are being attacked right now, call a firm on the ranked lists that offers incident response, or your existing provider. If your data was in a breach, start with what to do after a data breach.
Press and permissions
Quoting us is fine. Take what you need, and a link back to the page you took it from is appreciated. The illustrations and coded diagrams are made for this site and are not licensed for reuse, so ask first if you want one of those.
